This edge grain chopping block is roughly 15''x9''x.75'' and uses exotic woods American Maple and Walnut that use an edge grain pattern allowing you to view the natural beauty of the woods grain. Don't worry it's ok if you just want to use it for display!

Just so you know...

Each cutting board at CCB is constructed by hand and uses FDA approved, food safe glue and is coated multiple times with food grade mineral oil to prevent drying out. 

Maintenance

To extend the life of your chopping block it is recommended to wash with warm water and a mild dish detergent and apply a coat of mineral oil to prevent any cracking. Never wash your chopping block in a dishwasher or let it sit/soak in water.
